[111] Anno xxxix des sonendage na Martijn. Item soe hebben die heemr. gekoert enen waterganc tot Catwijck opten Oernnesse. Eerst een greppel ende scouwe sloot die sel beghinnen an Gerijt Boeyen weyde streckende an die horn an Symon Brunincs hofstede, ende die sel maken elx tenden sijn lant. Item noch een greppel die sel beghinnen an dat westende an die dwn tusschen der kerken lant ende der susteren lant van Leyden streckende anden wech ende doir den wech mit een hoel tusschen heer Dirc Aems z. lant ende Jan Wouters z. lant streckende tot inden Sant sloot. Ende dese greppelen sullen maken alle die boven den wech gelant sijn ende dair mede gebaet sijn, ende die sel die scout mit sinen heemr. aldair hoefslagen als dat behoirt also wijt alst hen nutte dunct bij horen eede.
