In February 1449 (OAR14, 38v-a) it had been delayed until Easter. Now, a group from Hogeveen has petitioned to have it further delayed while some sort of agreement is worked out. The heemraden, with this keur, agree that the damming will be put off until St. Peter's schouw (24 February 1450) if the Hogeveeners agree to pay morgengeld at the same rate as do their neighboring ambachten and also abide by peat digging regulations such as posting bond, etc.
